How do I place an order?
Simply click the subscribe button, chose either a 1 time, 1 month purchase, month to month subscription, or a12 month 1-year subscription, then add your option to your cart and proceed to checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods through our checkout process.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections to protect your personal information.
Shipping & Delivery
When are monthly letters mailed?
We begin mailings between the 20th-25th of every month.
How long does shipping take?
Envelopes are "Stamp Mail" First Class USPS. In North America the estimated time is 1-5 business days yet could take longer depending on your location yet could take much longer. We mail from Massachusetts USA. If you have not received your envelope with 14 days of our mailing dates, please email for a complimentary replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please allow shipping times to be 1-4 weeks from our mailing dates.
How can I track my order?
USPS First Class mail does not have tracking.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns; however, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
